Today I gave a presentation.
One of the business owners present has heard me present at least 4 times.
Today, he heard me say something that he had never heard before, even though I say it every time.
How does the saying go? "I can tell you what I told you but I can't tell you what you heard"
We must speak to people on their terms and know that the reason for Follow Up is that quite often, the person hasn't heard you yet.
Very few salespeople follow up as much as they should. It takes 5 to 12 exposures to get your message across and THAT is why you must follow up.
