The words you use can make all the difference.

Considering that you may only have about 10 seconds, what do you say when you are in the process of setting appointments with new prospective clients?

When asking for a time to talk to your prospect, do you ask for an appointment or, suggest having a conversation so they can make an informed decision?

Opening this up to a conversation, as opposed to a presentation, changes the atmosphere of the meeting.

Choose your words wisely.
