It's the end of the month, the end of the quarter. It's crunch time, right?


Today's message is simple.


Are you busy today going for Nos?


Why not go for Decisions?


Some will be Yes.


Some will be No.


Your goal is to get firm decisions, not maybe or I'm not ready yet.


Everything else gets recycled until you get a decision.


We don't want to hear "maybe" or "not yet"! All we want is a clear decision and we keep going until we get it, one way or the other.


People think they will hurt our feelings if they say no. That's because they don't like getting no for an answer.


Don't waste your time placing value on someone's indecision. They think they are doing us a favor by not saying no.


BE BOLD!


ASK.


If you've presented your services/product to a prospective client, and they see the value, it's ok to ask if they are ready to move forward.


Some will say Yes and some will say No, and all the rest gives us something to work towards somewhere in the future.


Open communication is what matters.


Ask them when a good time would be for you to follow up with them.


This is the concept of never leaving a meeting without the next meeting planned.


You might even get a Never Call Me Again. GREAT!


That's a clear decision. Precise and concise, just the kind of answer you want.


Keep it simple and move forward.


Finish the month strong, working toward a phenomenal new month.
