Yesterday, @Enrique Kalb posted an emotional message to men who women obscene and perverted messages on LinkedIn.

This is a problem that is bigger than many realize.

Why would anyone think it's okay to be provocative or seductive on a business platform?

It's NOT okay, and no one should be here except to build business relationships.

I encourage women to react immediately and aggressively.

1) Take screenshots of comments.

2) DO NOT RESPOND

3) REPORT and BLOCK the person immediately.

If you are uncomfortable exposing the person, contact me. I have no problem with that.

I have heard some horrific things myself, and I'm no spring chicken!

If you think you are somehow entitled to comment on a person's appearance, THINK AGAIN.

Women are not flattered or enticed by men who make comments about their appearance on LinkedIn.

If anything, they are turned off by it because they are here to do business.

It only takes a little common sense to be professional.

Together we can put an end to the abuse.
