What do you say when your prospect sees no value in your services?

A prospect told me he saw no value in my services, and he already has an attorney.

He asked me to give him 3 good reasons why I think my services are of value. I gave him 8.

I responded: “Hi ____, Thank you for informing me of your decision not to meet with me. I realize now that I must not have explained the services thoroughly. I apologize for not being more clear.

Here is the value I see -

Ask your local attorney if he will provide the following services for $25 per month?

1) Consultation on unlimited matters?

2) Review contracts?

3) 24/7/365 Emergency access to an attorney, nationwide?

4) Yearly updates on all covered members Wills?

5) Is your attorney a qualified tax attorney who will be with you at an audit?

6) Will your attorney represent you in court, at no extra cost, for traffic accident representation ? is he a qualified trial defense attorney?

7) Is your local attorney qualified in all areas of law, in all 50 states, and will he give you a 25% discount when more extensive services are needed, such as if you sue someone or have a pre-existing case?

His next message read: "I’ll see you Friday, at 1 pm."

He's been a happy client ever since.
