You might first think, "Wait, what? You mean my people don't care about my mission?"

Maybe you're thinking, "They do care."

How do you know?

How does your team, your employees show they care about the company mission?

As the saying goes, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care", right?

You may know how much your team knows, after all you've trained them, but do you really know if they care?

Having people who are on the same mission as you is vital to your business growth. If they don't care, it doesn't matter what they know.

Every business is in the "people" business, whether you think you are in manufacturing, coaching, or cybersecurity.

You must train your team to care by showing them how much you care about them.

Go above and beyond occasionally! Train them on your mission and show each employee how they are a vital part of that mission.
